Baked Asparagus

Baked Asparagus


Asparagus – 250 gms
Salt to taste
Pepper – 1/2 tsp
Olive oil
Juice of half a lime


  • Pre-heat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Line a baking tray with aluminium foil
  • Prepare the asparagus by trimming the ends as they tend to be hard
  • Place the asparagus on the prepared baking tray and drizzle olive oil
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper and mix using your hands
  • Bake in the oven for about 12 to 15 minutes
  • Squeeze fresh lime juice and enjoy as is or with a piece of grilled chicken or my Tilapia fish fry!
